dmAnswers is the 24-7 human answering service for better business communications offering a "receptionist-lik" human answering service, available to take your calls 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, whenever you are unavailable to take them yourself. Calls are answered by skilled professional operators, in your company name, and then the callers name, contact number and a short message are sent to you via email or SMS.

How it works and how to signup

When you sign up for dmAnswers you will be allocated a special dmAnswers number. Your dmAnswers number can be used in combination with any other number which supports a customisable call divert option, including any dmVoice number, dmSwitchboard, mobile number and BT's 1571 service.

Simply set the call divert options to send calls to your dmAnswers number when you're unavailable, and they will be answered by our trained operators.

When the dmAnswers service takes one of your calls our operator will answer the call in your companies name, and then take the caller's name company (if applicable) contact number and a short message.

As soon as the call is over these details will be sent to you immediately, by SMS and/or email, depending on your preference.

How do I signup for dmAnswers?

You must already have a dmNumber before subscribing to dmAnswers, so if you do not already have a dmNumber, signup here first.

How much does dmAnswers cost?

dmAnswers is very affordable. Subscription to the service costs just £19.50* per month, which includes having a skilled answering team on standby 24-7, to answer your calls professionally up to 15 calls answered at no additional cost and immediate call notification by SMS and/or email (depending on your preference)

If your availability and incoming call volume dictate that more than 15 calls are diverted to dmAnswers in any given month, additional use of the service is charged on a per call basis at a rate of £1.25* per call.

Paying for your dmAnswers service

Billing: When you sign up for dmAnswers the service charge for the first part month and next two full months is billed to your account immediately. Thereafter your account will be billed on the last working day of the preceding month.

Cancellations: After the first two full months you can cancel dmAnswers at any time. As long as you tell us at least two working days before the start of the next month, we can cancel your dmAnswers service at the end of the month.
